Enough machines and materials to have a proper workout. Spacious gym, I think they could place even more machines. The Sauna and showers are clean. They have group classes and even a baby sitter. Price is normal.

Best gym in the city (weights, racks, facilities, sauna); Staff is super helpful, gym is pretty spacious, lots of space so do not let the size fool you, it's perfect for any type of training due the facilities so no matter what kind of training or label you are in this place has a heart for all.

This is a nice place to drop in, with good equipment and pleasant staff. The weights are almost entirely bumper plates, so if you are an experienced powerlifter, you may want to try elsewhere.
