Bleuwater was excellent. This is a Ritz Carlton restaurant and they go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your time. Great for Seafood and sides but service was by far the best part of the meal.
We went fishing in the morning and brought back a few pounds of Mahi for the chef to prepare. He prepared it three different ways and included many different (excellent) sides. He also came out to greet us multiple times to ask how our meal was and that we were happy with it. Easily one of our best dining experiences, ever.
Also highly recommend the lobster mac and cheese.
The view of St. John on the patio is top notch as well.
