There is a few resorts in Phan Thiet (almost are in Mui Ne). So Ocean Dunes is so special here. If you want to find a place that near the city, Ocean Dunes is a good choice, it's close to the beach. The view is nice but old.

The good location and the wonderful place but the rooms are downgrading day after day. Should invest to renew and try to reach at the 5-star hotel.
