Very good place, view. But old hotel and staffs are not friendly enough compare with 3stars standard.

Friendly staft, rooms are old but still ok. Price is a little high than actual value.

3-star hotel with all the basics and a little more. We've stayed here twice now in 2 different rooms and generally satisfied with our stay. Average sized rooms with clean modern decor, comfortable beds, cool AC, good water pressure, hot water, strong WiFi and spacious closets great for long stays. Rooms usually include free breakfast that ends at 8am. Hotel also has karaoke, which isn't at all a noise issue, restaurant on another floor, cafe on ground floor, massage parlor on the first, and motorbike security. Housekeeping does a good job, receptionists are competent. Lost 5-star for cold receptionists, very limited electrical outlets in rooms, and high room rates. Overall, not the best value but checks all my boxes in a convenient local very central to food and shopping. [Rate at time of writing for Standard Double is 420,000 VND]
