Good location, lovely family run hotel. Breakfast in the morning is really good, coffee is excellent. Room and en suite is clean. Great value for money. Owners really helpful with advice and will advise you best places to visit etc. We rented a motorbike from here to Hoi an. There was no pressure at all to book via them. Gave us all the figures of other companies and how our bags would be delivered etc. Our bags left before we did, bike was great, when we arrived in Hoi an we called the number and bags were here in ten minutes.

Very friendly and helpful stuff. Everything else meets the price. Quite spacious rooms. Couple of decent restaurants around.

Nice hotel away from the main streets. Aircon works well. Smaller rooms than other comparable places. Smokers must go downstairs. Friendly hotel staff who speak English.

We stay here one night, one of the rooms wasn't what we booked but for one night it was not worth complaining about. The aircon barely worked in any of the 3 rooms we had. There were small stains on all the sheets and towels. The bathrooms where dark and dingy as well.
On a positive note tho the guy on the front desk was friendly. The location is great! Lots of eateries around. The bed were comfortable as well.
Over all I don't think it's as good as reviewed, personally, but not bad for the price.
