Second stay this year of 3-4 nights with large group of high school students. Great location. Friendly, helpful front desk staff speak good English. Comfortable rooms and beds. Could use some closer attention to detail in finishing work (plumbing, tiles, etc.) But decent value for money for a 3-star hotel.

Great Hotel! Best location! Helful Staff!
We have stayed at many hotels in Vietnam for a duration of 3 weeks and we thought New Star Hotel is the best among them. The hotel is situated in centre of Hue city, is close to Perfume river, about 5 minute walk. The staff was helpful, fun to talk to and extremely helpful in every way possible. The rooms are impeccably clean, wide, well-furnished with free wifi in the room and hotel area. Excellent buffet breakfast was delicious with multiple choices. It is a really good hotel to stay In Hue. And it all comes at a reasonably price, making it excellent value for money. Highly recommend!
