We were really happy with the stay in dorm, it's super clean and taken care of daily. Nice little balcony, AC is working fine, friendly receptionist and good location in the Old town.
Just don't book any tours or bus services - they charge almost double! It's much more cheaper everywhere else in the city.
Would definitely come back for a stay!

great place, wifi speed is superb. within walking distance to hoan kiem lake. but not guest friendly.

The staff are lovely here. Our room was cosy and what we would have expected for such a cheap price. WiFi worked really well. Bathroom was ok. The staff here are very competent at organising a bus or tour anywhere. We got a sleeper bus to Sapa which was pretty good and comfortable. Highly recommended for a base to enjoy the old town from.

Very nice and helpful stuff. Very good recommendations for trips incl. organisation. Always had good guides on my tours. Noise level in the rooms at street side according to Hanoi's lively atmosphere ;-)
Rooms are ok considering the price level. I had a great time, thanks a lot to Xchitu and Lisa :-)
