Every store can be a bit better! I work here and the managers and rest of the staff are very nice and hardworking, everyone (at least closing crew) is very hardworking and tried their best even on their worst days. A lot of marcs stores have 15 lanes instead of 13 and we have a smaller store than most, so its easy for things to get backed up- especially if theres no one else to watch the front. Things can always be a little cleaner and more organized but this store is pretty a-ok to me, as compared to the other stores around here. Theres so much love in here it makes it hard not to love it. Ive noticed some people
posting negative reviews but also noticed that those are the same people that were talking on their phones, cussing up a storm and got fired on their first day/week. Keep that in mind!

Today the austintown marc's was so dirty and disgusting. I asked customer service a question and they were rude. This store has gone down hill fast over the last few years.
