First this is a salon, Not a Spa.
I’ll start by saying I’m a regular client and like the work done by Tina at a salon of this caliber. Had a pedi 2 weeks ago and just needed a polish change despite using the extra $5 week long polish.
Today I just asked for a polish change and a 20 min reflexology. I don’t know who the girl was at the desk, but she said there was a min of 30 min reflexology if I’m not getting a pedi. also. I explained to her I didn’t have time and had a pedi 2 weeks ago with the polish already chipping. She would not budge. So she basically sacrificed a regular client for 10 min worth profit.
She lost my business for good now. There are a zillion of those cheap nail salons in Bronxville alone.
Bad business decision.

Terrible Service - They ripped skin off my Daughter's upper eyelids while doing a wax, didn't refund her money and sent her home crying with neosporin antibiotic cream. The owner was unapologetic about the incident. I would not recommend this business.
