While Dr. Braunstein is very nice and accomodating, the ladies at the front desk are horribly rude, impatient and completely unhelpful. I needed to order contact lenses and they put me on hold for more than 5 minutes, when I called back one particularly rude woman snapped at me and said, "Yeah, we're busy." Their customer service is horrible and needs serious evaluation. If you have an option, don't waste your time, effort or money - go somewhere else where you're actually treated with respect.
