I went to his office under the advertised $49 new patient special. His cleaning was average and no different from other dentists. I felt like it was a bait and switch because he tries to upsell you on a $61 "oral cancer" screening. My teeth are completely fine and I felt like he was trying to scam me. His 2 receptionists are very courteous, but his assistant is very rude. He should replace her with someone more professional and caring.

Dr. Jacobs is the best dentist ever. She's friendly, gentle and kind. She took very good care of my teeth. She makes my visits comfortable and gives me coins for the toy machine. If you have Dr. Jacobs you would consider the luckiest person ever.

The first time I saw Dr. Jacobs there was *blush* something green that was on my teeth along the gum lines after (after not seeing a dentist in about a decade). After my first visit it was almost all gone, by the second my teeth were in good enough shape that it was completely gone. I haven't seen it again in all the years I've been seeing Dr. Jacobs. (My one appointment with Dr. Schneider was also excellent).
The dentists are more than competent, they will not do work if it will cause you harm or a bad outcome, they REALLY have the patient's best interests at heart.
Any issues that are found are dealt with in a very timely manner.
I have the highest praise for these two dentists and the entire wonderful, kind, caring office staff.

Excellent dental experience for the past two years. Dr. Schneider and Jacobs are very thorough and genuine in caring for their patients. From the fantastic women at the front desk to the wonderful assistants in the back, this office is exemplary!

Whenever I speak about dentists to my friends, I praise my dentist, Dr. Schneider. I started seeing Dr. Schneider 13.5 years ago, when my adult front tooth was knocked out. Since then, he has provided me with the best treatment, guidance, and care in preserving my tooth. When necessary, he sent me to the top-of-the-line specialists for my root canal and dental implant. The crown he had made for me looks perfect, which was difficult to do since it was one crown in the front of my mouth (so it had to match exactly!) Throughout every step of each process I endured, I felt calm because I trusted Dr. Schneider and knew I was given the best care. Thank you!
