Consistently slow service and often disorganized. My recent visit they forgot what my order was and needed to make up my order after waiting twenty minutes and asking me at the window. When I got it, my food was thrown haphazardly in the bag such that the filling was all over the inside of the bag and inedible.

Went yesterday at lunch. Sign on the window, " out of chicken". After ordering found out they had to cook beef for our order. Really. We waited about half an hour. Never again. Probably won't go to any KFC taco Bell again. I don't know how they are still in business.

Usually my experiences at Taco Bell warrant five star ratings. Sure sometimes something in my order will get mixed up and I have to go in and fix it. Though it isn't ideal, I'm okay with that. This last time wasn't like that however. I went through the drive-thru on my way to work and the lady told me to drive past the window after I paid and she would bring my food out to me. Not the norm, but it has happened before and I didn't have a problem with it. When I tell you that I waited a while, I mean I waited so long that the care behind me, who had ordered just after me, left because the wait was so long. I had left early from where I live, but if I hadn't I would have been seriously late for work. After a bit, I went inside to just received my food there. Even then I waited another 10 minutes of so to get it. I'm not mad at the store, but that is the kinda service that loses you customers. Sloths aren't from Mexico to my recollection so I wasn't expecting slow-food. Only didn't get a 1 star rating because the food tasted great.

It's the wait the staff is friendly and all outs just it's bad enough i have to eat out when i do . I get it's good prices for there $5boxes. But it's supposed to be fast food not slow food wait 40min for 2 $5 box meals and you leave and the ice in your drink is already melted because it was so long and hot in there and won't do drive thru because they always mess something up.
