The most horrible experience I've ever had with a dentist office. The receptionist was very nice and pleasant. I had made the appointment at 2:30 and after waiting a half hour they proceeded to tell me I wouldn't be taken in for another 45 mins. Very unsatisfied considering it was very unprofessional for the doctor to allow to have a patient schedule an appointment and to not take them in almost and hour and a half after our scheduled appointment. Most certainly am not returning. Will not recommend this place from here on out.

Great experience. Dr Manthos was kind and professional. I had hardly any post op pain and I was treated with the utmost respect. I highly recommend Dr Manthos and her staff to everyone I know.

Stupid receptionist hung up on me while I was trying to schedule an appointment for my husband because he has a cracked tooth. I was trying to explain to her that my insurance is based in Mass only and not Rhode Island which is where we live. She assumed I was talking about Mass Health and ended up hanging up on me, very rude and unprofessional.

I tried calling the office today because I am in excruciating pain for my wisdom tooth and the receptionist was literally the rudest person I have ever talked to on the phone. Had no care in the world about who I was or my condition or how I was feeling.

When I was trying to just explain my situation to the woman, she immediately cut me off. (I am a college student who has to take 4 finals and walk for graduation in the next two weeks and I am over an hour away from home right now, so making time for an appointment was difficult). It hurts to talk and her doing this caused me to have to repeat myself and be in more pain.

Once she stopped talking over me I tried to re-explain my situation, she then cut me off again to tell me that the office is closed and that they weren't taking any bookings until after July and if I was in so much pain that she could put me on the waiting list. Nice right?

If this is just how the receptionist treats their prospective patients, I don't even want to know how the doctor treats their actual patients.

I ended up calling another office in Worcester and what a difference. Not only did the receptionist let me explain myself, she actually listened and had some empathy. I now have a consultation appointment this Monday.
