Dr. Patel and his assistant Sheri were absolutely amazing. My daughter has major anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. They told her everything they were doing and calmed her down alot. They were patient, friendly and absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond my expectations and made it a positive experience. My daughter can't wait to come back in 6 months for her next check up. Thanks for being so amazing!

Extremely pleasant ladies out front . One helped me sign up for a dental savings plan. I had three teeth pulled. The bill would have been over $900.00. It cost me $444.00 or something like that!! When I was in the chair the nurse was very sweet, and the dentist, professional ! Thank you!!

I came back to this office this year after a few years spent at another dentist office. I left initially because of an incident that occurred with a really disrespectful secretary. I must say that I’m happy to be back. The office is just how i remembered it. Minus the snotty, entitled secretaries. Dr. Li was very pleasant and I’m always greeted with professionalism when I come to the desk to check in.

I brought my dad to Dental Dreams on Stafford St in Worc. He did not have an appt. They took care of him right away. He needed a couple teeth pulled. The staff acknowledged us right away. Dr. Shi was great. I will definitely come back.
