I learned about this spa quite by accident. I was initially impressed with the layout of this establishment and the number of employees available to provide services. All of these initial impressions were destroyed by one male employee who became upset because I told him that the price that he wanted to charge me was not the 'usual' amount that I normally paid. He said, "I just work here. Pay what you want to pay!" I paid for my services (the usual amount) and asked him to change a twenty dollar bill.
But, he did not stop there.... He kept mumbling about the owner and continued to complain. I told him that I wanted someone to finish my nails. He then stood up over me and yelled "Get out of my chair!" This is my chair!" A female employee was summoned to come over and pick up where he left off. Had he conducted himself like a professional, he may have received a 'tip' in the amount that felt he deserved to begin with! In all of my years of getting my nails done, I have never been treated this way. This person should not be working with the public; he has a very deep voice and a very bad disposition that is immediately noticeable. He is giving this shop a bad name and a bad reputation!

I get a pedicure and ONLY by Nick. Used to get full service...fill ins, pedi, brow wax but found their services marginal. Nick understands a deep foot massage & never disappoints. I do wish the shop was cleaner.

The ladies do a great job, seems like here lately I get a man that hurried through and acts like he is just going through the motions. While doing my toes he actually clipped my toe, being on blood thinners and having a knee replacement I don't need that. I said something and he just looked at me like I was crazy. Love the ladies but some of the men act like they are doing you a favor. Rethinking if I want to return. The man that did mine I have wondered does he use the same instruments on the all people, I questioned his Emoryboard and he wasn't happy. I'm thinking about finding a different place because I really don't like the men working on me, if you question they get mad.

Went there to get my nails done for my wedding. The guy who did my nails kept commenting on how much he hated Wilmington and how small my engagement ring was and ECT . He didn't even care to make my nails even will never go back . Don't waste your time and money.

I went here today on Friday because everyone else was busy and had a terrible experience. I asked for a gel manicure and he RUSHED through it . I got a chrome color and it was uneven and could still see the color underneath and it was not smooth and had bumps. I asked for a manicure and instead he used a drill to even out my cuticles and said it was fine and still charged me $30. I thought the pedicure would be better but it was just as bad. She went through it so fast I couldn't even enjoy it. The pedicure took 10 minutes it was absolutely ridiculous that a pedicure was that short. She mixed the exfoliant, oil and lotion all in one and rinsed it off and painted my nails. I remember why I stopped going here. Highly do NOT recommend.
