Rob and all of his staff (especially Michelle) are amazing! All of my questions and concerns are dealt with immediately. They never hesitate to answer my questions and help me work out the best decisions for my family. I know I can call them at any time and they are happy to help. I would not go anywhere else!

The Cutting Team are so easy to work with. We were with our big insurance company for years but hated paying a membership fee that supported an opposing political party. Plus, the staff of that insurance company were so unfriendly and difficult. The Cutting Team are efficient and easy to work with. Most people dread calling their insurance agencies, but I don't have to with the Cutting Team. Plus, I really love how Rob Cutting volunteers in the community to help young drivers and parents understand insurance better.

The staff is a great team. Rob is very useful and informational. He really explains what you're getting with your insurance and loans. They really deserve 10 stars!!! Front desk staff always there and very nice as well!

Been with them for several years. Very pleased with him and office staff. State farm corporate however, I have had a few challenges. Would have been 5 stars if not for that.

Every time I need to make a change Rob helps me make the best decision, and I never get the feeling that he is just trying to get more money from me, he just wants what is best for me. He helps explain everything in easy terms and lets me know of all changes to pricing. Thanks Rob and State Farm! I will be a customer for life!
