I had a referral from my primary care Dr. to have a procedure done. Per my doctor they should have notified them if they were not in my insurance companies list of doctors. They did not and informed me they told us which they did not. In fact, in spite of what they have said, we were never contacted by Dr. Carney's office, only the hospital. The doctor is very good but I can't say the same about how we were handled by the support staff.
