The office staff has been great with me and my oral care. I was hesitant at first because I haven't been to the dentist for any type of proper cleanings or maintenance in my life, but they were kind and professional, not cold, or rude. I do wish they had a local answering service rather than an out of town call center who cannot pronounce Wichita. I don't know all the names of the great ladies who have had a hand LITERALLY in my mouth, working on it, but they're all wonderful!

My daughter injured her mouth and gums on a trampoline. I called to see if the would check her out after taking her to the ER, who told me to follow up with a dentist. They were able to get her in right away. They cleaned her up really well and wrote me a prescription to make sure it won't get infected. They even showed me how to clean it. They are awesome! Thank you to Dr. Garg, Gina, Shannon, and Jessica for helping my baby girl when she was scared and hurting. Love Kool Smiles!

Such an amazing place with amazing people. Shoutout to Kelly and Shannon for all their help with my girlfriend's child. These people are so caring and professional. The office even has a play area for the kiddos!!! This place ROCKS!!! Thanks again to everyone for all their help.

Teri and Kelly go above and beyond to ensure my daughter is not scared and feels comfortable. They make my one year old feel like she's having fun not at an ordinary dental appointment. Hands down the very best!

I'd taken a younger cousin to get a cleaning and the office environment was pretty quiet. The staff was very accommodating and were needless to say very competent with children. They were two very nice women in particular named Terry (?) and Kelly that made the visit worthwhile for him. They were very nice, but very straightforward about maintaining dental hygiene. Would recommend.
