Really great biscuits! Inside service is top notch. Nothing to complain about - and I like to complain. These folks have their act together.

It took 10 minutes for me to get my food. Not to bad I guess. My friends that were with me didn't get thier for for 25 minutes. I had eaten my food before they got theirs and had to take it to go. Guest that arived after us got their food before us. Then when asked about our food Zach copped an attitude. Most likely will not be going back.

Not a single trip to this location was worth the time or money. Customer service was awful every visit. Management clearly takes zero effort to fix this issue, and is usually part of the problem; no greeting, attitude when ordering, incorrectly making the order, even arguing with employees with customers at the counter. Hardees/Carl's jr is a taste of my childhood and this location has ruined that. I've given them at least 5 chances and i haven't got a correct order once.

Came in around lunch time. No clean tables and no one making an effort to clean them. First monster burger was luke-warm and missing a pattie. Second had both patties but cold cheese and still luke-warm, finnaly the 3rd one seemed correct. Two other groups returned their food as well. They should have just put in another McDonald's.

I don't know if it's just the area of Riverside declining in general or if fast food just can't be held accountable anymore, but this place always messes up our order. No cheese on sandwiches that come with cheese. Had 2 combos 1 hash brown was moderately full the other had 3 in it. Very disappointing. I worked through college in the food industry and always double checked stuff. Apparently now a days that's not to be expected. Everyone wants more for less work.
