Delicious burgers every time, but there are a couple problems I'd like to address. I ordered a burger cooked medium last night and it came out rare. As impressed as I am with how quick my order is finished, I'd rather wait a little longer to have it done right.
Also, more of a suggestion then a complaint: the current special has caramelized onions but they're spread on the bottom bun, this makes it very soggy. Kind of unappetizing. This has been a frequent issue with the sauces on many of your specials. Maybe try putting it where it won't be touching the bread? I still eat it cuz it tastes good, but it lowers the quality of your burgers a lot. I had to eat it upside down so it wouldn't fall apart. I've never seen a place have soggier burgers :/

I have only been to Dempsey's a couple of times but it has been absolutely wonderful every time. From the delicious food to the service it has been top notch. Today, I went to place a to-go order and sat at the bar while I waited. I decided to order a Bloody Mary and it was delicious! Best Bloody Mary I have gotten from any Wichita restaurant. I was impressed by the bartenders skill and knowledge of all the different craft beers Dempsey's has to offer and how well he managed the bar. I will be returning next week for dinner with a friend!

I really, really love this restaurant. The indoor seating is awesome, with a small, cozy atmosphere, while the outdoor seating in the middle of Clifton Square feels lively and connected with the nightlife.
On top of this, the food here is just fantastic. Please give these folks a visit!

Tasty burgers every time! Love to have date night here. Truffle fries with garlic aoili is my favorite! Soda is always crisp and bubbly, just wish the service was faster. Waited almost 35 minutes for my food on a weekday during lunch. Only 1 other couple there.

Super fast. Very nice service. We had large party of people and Dempsey's was able to accommodate us easily. I had the hot Hawaiian 10/10 plus the truffle fries 11/10.
The bacon flight was also very good. The bacon could have been a bit thicker. Other than that every thing was great!
