If I could give a half star rating, I would. I tried to use a gift certificate for a facial, they cancelled on me twice. Rude and unattentive on the phone. No call backs to resolve the issue. Frustrating. I guess this is their way of saying they don't need or care if they get my business or that of my friends. I wonder what it's going to be like to get the money value on the gift cert back. I have no desire to even set foot in the place. I go to many spas, this experience puts somafit into the "horrible" category. A definite first for me.
