I've been here twice for a pedicure. I've been happy both times with the results!!

So i went here for the first time Friday (7-22-16) because i live in the area and i was VERY press for time. When i entered and one of the techs greeted me i specifically said "i JUST need a fill, how much" she ignored my question and asked if i wanted a pedicure too i declined and she told me to pick out a polish and go downstairs..so i had acrylic nails with gel polish the tech started to removed the polish with the machine tool but never stated that they charge to remove gel polish so first off he did NOT remove all of the polish and waited until he was about to polish my nails after i git my fill to say its $35 ... So i said $35 for a fill? And he said yes the fill is $25 and they charge $10 to remove gel polish. So i kindly paid with my nails half done and i left..Ive NEVER paid that much for a fill and ive never been or heard of being charged to remove polish they were very rude and i will NEVER step foot back into this place

Usually I wait to get Home to write a review but the service was so terrible I'm literally walking out of the shop and writing the review on my cell phone. I went into this shop to get a simple French pedicure and French gel manicure for my wedding (made sure I mentioned this upfront). The pedicure was ok, a bit short, but what do I care I need to get back home to do wedding stuff. When I got to my manicure I needed 2 tips added to 2 fingers because I'd broken those nails super low. I had to ask the lady a total of 3 times to file down the tips lower so they matched my actual nail (and I'm not taking a perfect match- I'm just asking for them to look remotely natural). Every time she kept telling me they were fine and every time I'd say, "well the acrylic is shaped onto the skin of my finger in some areas and not the nail, I think it can be filed more". I could tell she had an attitude because every time I'd ask (politely) she would start speaking in her native language (I'm not being rude I just didn't know what language it was) to her co-workers aggressively.
I also asked for a design on both of my ring fingers (why not, I'm about to get married- lets do something. Different), which she tried to talk me out of (because she didn't know how to do it). I had to actually argue the point as to why I wanted it, so she got her coworker to do it. Her coworker did a good job on one finger and completely screwed up the other. I nicely told her she might need to do 1 finger over and she went stage 10 on me, wasn't even reasonable- as if I was attacking her personal character!! At that point I just wanted to get out of there, I paid and tipped (20% because even though they sucked I still believe in tipping people in the service industry) and left without saying anything; I got a half hearted goodbye and now I'm right outside the shop writing this review.
I had an appointment at 11 am on a Friday so I won't even attribute it to the fact that they were busy. I will say this, they were very friendly with their usual clients, laughing and talking. I even told them I just moved to this area and wanted to try them out, hoping that they would want to show me world class service, but that didn't happen. One of the ladies that serviced me made mention that she thought I was 17 when I walked in, to which I replied I was 30 (so maybe they thought I was a young kid)- I'm also a minority and was dressed in gym clothes (came straight from the gym), so maybe that had something to do with it.....Anyhow, I didn't feel welcomed, nor did I feel like my opinion was valued as a customer.
My suggestion, if you're going to go to this establishment you're running a 50/50 chance of getting good service and that's only if you aren't vocal about any issues you might have with their work.
I'll never come here again and spend my hard earned money. This was my very worse nail shop experience- and I'll likely go to a new shop to get a different design.

Great "quickie" pedi here today. Walked in and they were busy, but had a chair for me. Seems very clean. Asked after my comfort several times, offered something to drink, etc. Not a place to go if you want to converse with your tech much. But they were very nice and great price! Toes look great.

I wouldn't recommend this place for pets far less humans. The customer service is despicable. l went for a regular mani. The man who 'greeted' me was more interested in his phone than in assisting me. I couldn't find the polish I wanted on their wall because their polishes are set out with no particular order...I asked him to help and I'm still waiting. The nail tech haphazardly dashed cuticle remover on my nail but nowhere near my cuticle, so what was the point? The dipping bowl? Shallow. Waste of time. She used a file that should be used on rhinos, not humans. My nails are still jagged on the edges. The end result looks like someone used an old broom. I literally could have done this myself. The worst part was watching a nail tech PRY acrylics off another customer's nails with a cuticle nipper and a fake nail. Whatever happened to soaking? Never going back. I wish I could give no stars to be honest.
