Some of the best cocktails in the city. The atmosphere is unbeatable; it's *actually* historic, not because it's trying to put on a show and change its decor to fit, but because it's a historic site. They do a great job. In winter, they keep a big fire going in the actual fireplace they have in the front room. Have an old fashioned and sit by the warmth; it's great.

Went for a friend's birthday party and got some excellent cocktails in the lovely lounge area. Plenty of space and a good vibe with a live jazz duet on that Sunday. Food wasn't anything special.

A fun funky place to enjoy cocktails or dinner.. live music too! The food is creative and delicious. The lounge is charming especially on a cold night in winter when the fireplace is glowing! One of my favorite places!

Went here for breakfast. I have to say it is quite good. I had the hillbilly grits and was we quite happy. Tried their donuts cause everyone recommends it and it was worth it. (Think cider donuts)
The patio area really impressed me in and it's what bummed this to a 5 star review. If open go for it.

Came here for breakfast and really enjoyed both my meal as well as the ambiance. The Inn has a classic DC feel. It's tucked away in the Topaz hotel and offers a quiet little getaway. I had the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon which was solid. Overall good go to for a quick and delicious breakfast in a great environment.
