We’re in town for the Silobration and this restaurant came up in our online search for Tex-Mex. Let me tell you, this restaurant is amazing. Everything from chimichangas to authentic posole and more, with homemade salsa. Everyone in my group loved our food – I ordered the Enchiladas Mexicanas and they were divine.
The owner was incredibly accommodating (there was an unexpected issue with staffing) and did everything he could to give us a good experience.
Wish I lived in town so I could come here on a regular basis!

Excellent, homemade Mexican fare! Full menu all day (which is great, because we love breakfast burritos at 3pm)! This is must if you're in the neighborhood!

Amazing breakfast tacos! Went on a slow day and met the chef/founder, who let us try his home made salsas for free!! Super affordable and super delicious! Will definitely visit again if passing through, even if it's away from the highway, it's worth the detour.

One of Waco's most beloved gems. But be patient! It's a family kitchen and they can get behind if there is a huge crowd... but it is ABSOLUTELY worth the wait!
