Well just like so many other reviews of this particular Panda Express, I have to agree the service is awful. I went online and placed my order for a 7:05 pick up and when I arrived at 7:05 they said someone is making your order. Five minutes later I raised my voice with the cashier and said no one is making my order. Meanwhile the idiot serving the guests coming in the front continued to make orders and ignore my order that was prepaid for 15 minutes earlier. They also had three back of the house people and 1 dining room busser working instead of 2 or 3 making the food and collecting cash. Complete morons. Go to Pei Wei instead. Oh wait the Pei Wei in Waco also sucks. I'm starting to discover a trend here in "wonderful" Waco.

The food here is horrid on its better days. I have had so many poor experiences here, so finally time to write a review. The line staff pays little to zero attention to your order and get extremely offended when you have to correct them. If your in a hurry, this isn't your place. Be ready to wait and wait. The store itself is clean and nice.

Food is okay. Good for the price. Tables were dirty. Took more than ten minutes and a second request to get tables cleaned. Manager hasn't responded to request to see them -- more than another ten minutes later.

It was busy Sunday but they were kind regardless of the Long line. Was kind of messy also due to the traffic but they took care of it as soon as they could. Good crew here.

There were 4 people on front of me when I stepped in the store. It took 10 minutes before I sat down. In that time another 20 people were waiting in line. There was no sense of urgency at all. Employees were leaving the line and register and walking to the back, neither taking or coming back with anything. What were they doing? Leslie at the register ignored my as she put spring rolls on the line despite the fact that the couple behind me were still picking entrees, and then filled up the fortune cookies, and then walked to the back, and then came back, took my money, and before I could ask for anything else, walked back to the back. She was gone for maybe 2 more minutes while the line racked up with customers ready to pay. I just wanted some soy sauce... This is by far the worst panda express I've been too. And this is my second terrible experience here. I would have saved time driving all the way across town to the other location.
