Great experience. Leslie handled everything smoothly start to finish. She explained the whole process, set me up, and before I knew it, the session was done and I was on my way in 20min. That was my first visit and the chamber was dormant at the time. I wager I could be in and out in 10min in future visits.
By contrast, it takes me 20 min to fill up a tub and load with ice, soak for another 20min, and warm up over the course an hour.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter and I both do cryotherapy and after each visit, feeling refreshed and energized!
