The food is great but the employees customer service SUCKS! This isn't my first time experiencing crappy customer service there but Ii still kept coming back to support local business. My boyfriend & I spend a lot of money at Fruitive, weekly. This morning I walked in at about 3-4 mins before opening wanting to purchase a pressed juice, which is already prepared. Mind you the door is wide open and the employees are doing nothing more than sitting on their phone. With only 3-4 mins till opening and the door being wide open for customers walk in you'd think they would at least ring me up, right? nope. They turned away our business simply to keep texting. And as much as I love Fruitive this was a terrible look. And quite honestly didn't make much sense. Try not opening your doors until its actually time to open. On top of the bad last few experiences I've had there, and the high prices for little food I don't think I'll be returning.

Perhaps the food is of a high quality however I wouldn't know because they never bother to make my order. After the order was placed & paid for it took 25min of waiting before I got up to ask for a refund. There was no apology. There was only a girl admitting to the woman who issued my refund that she "forgot to place the ticket". She never caught the mistake, let alone bothered to look at me and apologize. Just a simply sorry would have been enough. When I asked for the refund, they *still* hadn't started making it. Had I not sat out front with my friend while she ate, I'd have never even received an apology....which was then 42min after the order had been placed. Horrible customer service. Don't even get me started about them keeping the tip when they issued a refund. Still working on getting that back 1 week later.

Today was our first time trying out Fruitive. We absolutely loved it. The food was delicious and my two-year-old loved absolutely everything. The service was even better and everybody was really friendly, especially the girl who took my order who really went above and beyond (wish I would have gotten her name). We tried the portabella avocado panini, avocado toast and a waffle! Absolutely delicious, organic and vegan-- it's usually hard to find all three :-)

This place has some of the best vegan options in the beach. The sandwiches are tasty, the kale chips are delicious and the juices are high quality, although, sort of expensive, but definitely worth the price. I got an immunity boosting juice one time when I had a bad chest cold, and I felt better almost instantly. If you're looking for good vegan food, you'll get it here!

My boyfriend and I visited Fruitive today for the first time and I am extremely pleased with our experience. Since it was out first time, we took awhile to order as we looked over the menu. Lance was the gentleman that took our order. He was patient, kind and friendly. He made our experience what it was with his excellent customer service skills. He even threw in a sample of their different sauces for our wrap to try and gave us a free drink that was accidentally made previously before we came in. This man deserved a raise. We made sure to tip him well and we will definitely be returning.
