My husband had a stroke back in January of 2017. We have been coming here since March for rehab. Everyone is so nice. Laura, Pat, Becky and Art are great at their jobs. They assessed his needs and work with him diligently to get him back walking and using his left arm. He has made tremendous progress because of them and the grace of God. A big thank you to the receptionists Jennifer and Shauna also. They do a great job scheduling his appointments. I would recommend this place highly. Thanks and God bless all of you.

I went in for a ultrasound today and had to have a full bladder going in. Well the receptionist with blonde/ brown hair down to her shoulders, kind of heavy set lady that was sitting at the middle desk came out and took the names off the sheet and went back to her desk and called over a lady that came in, and also wrote her name down about 5 minutes after I did. Well the receptionist spent about 20 minutes checking her in, and also they sat there for about 5 minutes visiting and I heard the receptionist say to her after they got done visiting welcome to the family. Well after she finally got done with her another lady came walking in, and walked up to the counter and the receptionist asked her 'Are you checking in?' The lady said yes well what did the same receptionist do said go ahead have a seat and I will go ahead and check you in. Another African American receptionist that was also working on checking people in said to the white receptionist we have other people that are in line already waiting to be checked in. Well the white receptionist asked the lady she told to go ahead and have a seat asked her to go over and write her name down and bring it to her and have a seat in the other chairs and she would get back to her. Well she finally calls me over when the nurse was behind her asking if I was there she said I am checking her in but said it in a rude way to the nurse. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of just 1 is because the nurse that did the ultrasound was very nice. I will not be going back to that location for any more scans, or tests.
