I do not recommend this dentist office. My son told them they were hurting him they told him that they were not. They kept whispering about my son. He has ADD and he is sensitive with his gums. They made both of my children cry. I will not recommend Dr. Richie or his staff. If you have a child with ADD they are NOT sympathetic even if you have informed them, personally and in the paperwork.

We came from another local dentist due to an unpleasant experience. Dr. Ritchie and his staff were Awesome from the front desk to checkout and everywhere in between! I know how important customer service is in the medical field and this office went above and beyond to make my girls feel comfortable. It is not easy to have a 2 & 4 year old sit still and not flip out. Highly recommend this Pediatric Dentist.

Highly recommended! Relocated to TX from NC and found Dr Ritchie. He is a blessing. Such an awesome dentist and takes his time, very patient and caring. Exactly someone I want taking care of my daughter 😊

Dr. Ritchie has a heart of gold. He is a very gentle kind man and puts even my autistic son at ease. His staff also shares his attitude toward children and the facility is very inviting for kids.
