The best part of the dinner was the beginning and the end.
The sourdough bread (well worth the $5 charge, way better than the heated rolls you get for free at most restaurants) was perfect- fresh baked, crusty, with a generous dollop of fresh, delicious, soft butter (from Vermont, if my memory serves).
The doughnuts for dessert...I'll try not to exaggerate, but it was a religious experience to taste these fried bits of heaven. Perfectly crispy outer layer; melt-in-your-mouth goodness on the inside, served over a life-affirming caramel sauce.
The dinner itself, while not as earth shattering as the bread, and especially the doughnuts, was solid. We got the 'small' serving of two pastas, and then the salmon and fried chicken entrees. The salmon dish was well thought out and delicious; the chicken was also tasty, although a bit boring.
Definitely worth a trip down to Yardley, I'll be back to explore the menu a bit more, and I hear they have a great brunch I'll definitely check out as well.

Great experience!! Awesome view, awesome food, awesome service, awesome ambiance. You have to get the bread, beet tartare, and brioche donuts, but everything was great.

Expensive but the quality met that bar. My dinner was stunning. I didn't think food could taste that good and it was creative. I love experiencing New flavors. I might even say "The quality surpassed the price".

An excellent restaurant with its view, unique menu and friendly atmosphere. The fresh pasta with shrimp, gorgeous sword fish and fried chicken, bread, desserts and also the coffee was wonderful, I definitely recommend everyone. You can feel the love of cooking, in your every bite.

We love this place. Nice view of the river. Very nice staff. Great food. They also have homemade scrapple which is amazing.
