always polite ? Yeah right. When you schedule appointment with an insurance that doesn't require a referral and then you arrive to sit for over 30 minutes to be told what you were given wont suffice. Its not these receptionists job to call and get anything further that they need. No they make wives of potential patients do the work for them. Are they hiring at this point ? Now lastly, they gave my fiancé 5 minutes to receive these papers via fax or else they will be turning him away !?! Oh but the women in this office are polite ? No they are not , they got into an issue with a patient right before my fiancé and then they took it out on my fiancé!!!! This is terrible office and all the women should be fired because this Emergency Personnel Dispatcher just had to do their job. Maria if you are the office manager you should not have your job either ! I give warning to any one that comes to this Hamilton Area office that reeks of TRENTON ATTITUDE! ALL OF YOU ARE COMPLETELY DISGUSTING! ITS A SHAME WHERE YOU GO SOMEWHERE TO SEE A GOOD DOCTOR AND GET HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS OR RECEPTIONISTS THAT FEEL YOU ARE THERE FOR THEM! GET OVER YOURSELVES AND STOP FEELING LIKE YOU ARE THE DOCTORS BECAUSE THESE PATIENTS COME THERE FOR THEIR NEEDS THAT SUPPLY YOU WITH A JOB SO WHY NOT BE NICE TO THEM FOR DOING THAT! THEY ARE NOT YOUR CHILDREN , YOU CAN LEAVE YOUR IGNORANCE AT HOME OR JUST DONT COME TO WORK AND LASTLY NEVER TURN A PATIENT DOWN WHOM WAS IN NEED OF CARE. ARE YOU DOCTORS , ARE YOU PHYSICIANS , NO!

They need a Zero star rating.The staff at the front desk is the worst we've ever encountered. They actually caused us to switch doctors. They never return phone calls. If you're lucky enough to get a return call, it very well may be 2 or 3 days later, but don't count on it. I often sat while waiting for the Dr & could not believe how they speak to people on the telephone. This pretty much confirmed it wasn't anything personal directed at me its just their inherent ignorance and lack of training. The quality of personnel working the front desk & the telephones leaves a lot to be desired. Just wait till you experience what we've dubbed " the hold game". Something as simple as a call for a script or an appointment will most likely take you 4 or 5 calls due to the fact your're constantly placed on hold and then ultimately disconnected. I've watched them with my own eyes put calls on hold then go back to their cell phones. Any idiot can get a job there. You've been warned !!!
