The woman that was at the drive through this morning pushed this Dunkin beyond 3 or 4 stars.

I'm from New England. This, besides the McDonald's down the road, is really the only quick-service coffee place on this side of town. Service is pleasant most times. Usually very crowded. Not sure if I'll return after taking my last sip of tea and nearly eating a piece of paper towel that of course didn't show itself until the end. I can only hope it was clean

Purchased something simple, a blue berry bagel with creme cheese. If i could upload my picture it would have spoke for itself!!! Half of my bagel had creme cheese on it and they certainly didn't take the time to make sure it was neat and presentable. I shouldn't have to do this but next time I will hold the line up for bagel!!

I don't like giving this place a bad rating because the food and coffee I got was good. It was the manager, she walked out and told they did not have what I ordered and did I want something else then walked past me and out the front door without waiting for an answer..She came back in about a minute later and went back to work like we had never spoke. Eventually an employee asked what I was waiting for and I was on my way. Customer service is important, that manager is setting a bad example.
