Went here Sunday around noon. Party of 4. We had a half hour wait at our fave place and decided we were too hungry to wait. Big mistake. The only worker to greet and seat was a squeaky voiced ma of @20 yrs of age, Robert. The diner was about 70% full. It was pretty loud too. Took at least 5 to 10 minutes to get our drinks ( water, coffee etc) . After at least 10 minutes and no one came to take our order we should have seen the light. 😬 A surly looking waitress came over and took our order. By now our coffee was cold. When my husband went up to counter to get refill she made sure to complain of a headache. 😒
At least 10 to 15 passed before our order came. Same lady comes carrying multiple small ( salad sized) plates which weren't stable and she startled us all by dropping a plate which had an order of French toast 🇫🇷🍞 face down near my husband's coffee. 😒
Miraculously no one was hurt and no plates were harmed. We all dug in to our food. 3 of the four of us got bacon with our orders. My 19 y.o son said his didn't taste right. Also be asked for it to be extra crispy. ( they didn't make it so) The server never came by after a few minutes had passed to see if we liked our food. My husbands eggs weren't well done so he left half of them. A table of young folks behind me from LeMoyne and I chatted a bit. They were super polite about it but had similar experience to us too. All of my family went outside while I asked 2 different times for the bill. I continued chatting with the table next to me and was then summoned by my hubby. He had gone in by the feint counter to pay the bill. What a nightmare. This was such a colossal waste of time and $$.😲😱 Oh and had gastric issues later because of crappy food. Only edible items was French 🇫🇷 toast. Eggs, bacon etc were not. 👎👎👎😾💀💩

Good food, plenty of choices on the menu, served quickly and in a friendly atmosphere. Good value overall.

Excellent inexpensive breakfast. Eggs cooked perfect, good hollandaise, great crispy homefries and fast friendly service.

My grandson, Ian loves this place more than anyone! Seamus does, too!! Great food, great service and great location! Comfortable tables!
