Terrible customer service skills, and the girl my fiancé and I worked with was very rude! Glad we were recommend a different mortgage broker at a different company because we probably wouldn't have a house today.We were very unhappy and ready to give up looking at houses after dealing with a women who works at this company.

I obtained an FHA 203K loan from SSI. Heather C was my loan officer and she was great. Mary S who managed my loan was curt and not entirely pleasant to deal with but she got the job done. It seemed to me every time SSI said I was done or that I needed one more thing, they would need something else. I played a lot of wait-and-see. It was painfully slow. Heather felt my pain. I would not recommend using this company for a home loan.
