Got refund which was a surprise, also got a nasty letter from their accounting department discharging me, their office manager is nasty and rude, however Dr. Dimento seems to care about his practice.

Dr Dimento is excellent! Someone who truly cares about your oral health. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. All the most up to date equipment-you really can't do better! What's more, Dr. is honest & doesn't invent problems to line his pockets. This Dr. is well worth the visit & time!

Wednesday I had a urgent need to see Dr. DiMento for a very painful tooth problem. They graciously fit me in and were very gentle and considerate in the entire procedure. I ended up with the tooth needing immediate Endodontic care. Dr. DiMento and Tamara did all they could for me up to that point. Then they even made an appointment with Dr. Burgess at Endodontic Associates for the very next day. I had to have a root canal to save the tooth. Dr. DiMento recommended a dentist (almost) as gentle and considerate as himself. I highly recommend Your Syracuse Family Dentist, Dr. Vincent DiMento, for the best dental care anywhere!

Thank you for your excellent work yesterday. I cracked part of my tooth and I called the office. They told me to come right over and Dr Dimento put a new filling in the tooth. I was back at work in less than an hour and pain free. It was a great experience. Our family appreciates your hard work.
