The photos posted are misleading ( maybe they are from previous location). Current place is small for the amount of services and people they have in there.
It was Very crowded. They have too much crammed in there.
They also overlap appointments too much ( not just 15 min).
After you are called your hair is started but then you are sitting in a chair waiting to be finished for another 30 min ( this was the owner not sure if the others do the same) while she start someone else. When I was called back It was rushed so they could move in to the next person.
Prices were higher for the amount of products used and actual time spent on you.
I felt I was overcharged for the hair treatment I received ( >$200) and i didn't see much difference in final result.
The staff tries to be friendly in a superficial manner but most of people that come in are former clients from their previous location. As a newcomer I felt out of place, actual hair service was just average, on the expensive side, crowded, noisy and very ready to get out of there.
By the way who is Steve Creelman ( see previous reviews) see all his previous reviews. Did he even have service at this hair salon?
Does he get paid from businesses for his reviews ( they are all 4-5 stars). I don't believe these are true reviews...

I absolutely love this salon. My hairdresser Danielle is AWESOME, and the owners are so nice and friendly. They are very accommodating . I feel like I'm visiting good friends when I go there. It's a very warm,comfortable ,friendly and professional salon.

Theives!!! I had a $200 gift card. Used it once for a service at the Encore hair salon. When I came back to use it againg (with a balance of $160) I was told that the salon had changed management and that they would no longer honor any previous gift cards. There was no advanced notice, and no effort to make it right. The receptionist told me that it was a shame and that they had had to do that to several other people too. I loved my hairdresser there, but I will never go back after that.
