Beautiful hotel, updated room and lobby. Very clean and pleasant staff. Check-in was quick and they offered to sign me up for the honors program, since I was not a member, so that this stay would count in points. Room was very modern with mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. It has been a couple of years since I stayed in a Hilton Garden and the service and experience has maintained. Breakfast was good too. Buffet style for most with a grill so eggs, pancakes and french toast (plus breakfast sandwiches if you asked) were available instead of the usual hotel care of just scrambled eggs in a warmer and a waffle maker. Serving staff in this plus seating in the lobby make for a confusing situation until you have experience. Servers were great, pleasant and very helpful. My only complaint could be that we were only staying one night.

The hotel is directly next to the NBA Hall of Fame. The beds are super comfy, the towels soft and absorbent. The rooms are spacious. The staff does everything to make your stay comfortable

Decent, newer hotel right next to the basketball hall of fame. Lobby is bright and inviting. Rooms are good sized. Bedding is a little to be desired....no fitted sheets and bedspread is a ltitle worse for wear. Bathroom had great water pressure, best of any hotel I have had in a while, but drains are lacking, both sink and shower has issues with the drain plugs. Would stay here again

The event that I attended there was very good. The room was clean and the people at the reception desk helped me get to the room easily and without a problem. The only reason I'm not giving this a 5-star review is because of its location and proximity to the highway it makes it difficult to get on and off with all of the construction going on in 91. I would recommend this to a friend or family member if they needed somewhere to stay in the area.

Pretty good i guess. Lots of flowers all over and a really good view of the basketball hall of fame and at night the big silver ball in the center of it lights up which is cool. It has a pool which was average. Only complaint was the mini concert going on outside at the Uno next store. It went on until like 10 i think. But overall pretty good.
