Staff were friendly and accommodating. Very respectful of my time and gave me regular updates on when my prescription would be ready.

I was referred to Riverpoint Pharmacy because they compound some of their own prescriptions and have excellent service. Three separate times I filled out auto fill and mail orders, so I wouldnt have to pick up my prescription and they either werent filled or the lack of care for the three prescriptions where not filled together (three separate times). I have never received such terrible service from an independent retailer of any sort before.
Absolutely irritated when I have to continually give my information to the person answering the call once they have my name and tell them twice to make sure all three of my prescriptions are are on auto fill then have to have them do it again on the third.
I was also told I would receive a call when they figure my order out, never received a call back, so obviously my small business isnt important to them.
