This guy is a crook. He has found a way to make money quickly by taking advantage of people who are needing help. If you make it through the initial consultation without being admitted to the Looney bin he doles out medicine at one a day. Then a week at a time. Each time you must pay a hundred dollars plus pay for medicine. This is not disclosed until after your under his care. A total scam and a thief in my eyes. Taking advantage of sick people. Not to mention the three hundred up front. Constantly trying to read you and evaluate you as a psychiatrist. Its blatantly obvious he has very limited experience with medically assisted treatment. He also only accepts cash for suboxone patients but not his other patients. Hmmmmm he insists he's not doing out for the money.....bullcrap! I'm calling the BBB and the D.E.A. as well as the medical board and the IRS. If he doesn't refund the subsequent unnecessary visit charges I'm going the legal rout and we are going to Pickett out in front of his office.

I had Dr. Guillaume back in 1990 he did a good job analyzing my anxiety that I had during my adolescent years and today I haven't had reaccurring bouts in recent years .

Dr. Guillaume is very kind, patient, and helps you understand what you are dealing with. He give you a plan, time to understand it and how to act on it. I trust him with my life.

Re: Springhill Hospital/Reflections . . . Rather than contacting my Neurosurgeon immediately during an emergency event last year, Dr. Guillaume instead admitted me to the psychiatric ward (Reflections) where he attempted to determine if "I was temporarily mentally ill or had been mentally ill". While there, my condition continued to downgrade until I had emergency brain surgery in December. I am very lucky that Dr. Guillaume's actions didn't result in my death! In addition, on a subsequent trip to the ER, Dr. Guillaume diagnosed my leaking of CSF from my nose and eye as "a cold". DO NOT risk your life by allowing this physician to treat you or your loved ones.
