I got a 75 minute massage plus eye treatment. My masseuse was very accommodating, was a good listener, and had great strong hands. It was very easy to relax based on what she did and the feel of the room.
This was only my second massage and first on in years - as a newbie it was important that my masseuse made me feel comfortable, which she did. The next time I get a massage, I will go back here for sure.

Pros - Prices were reasonable, they were able to get me booked with only a few hours notice, staff was very friendly and certainly seemed to prioritize customer comfort.
Cons - Okay, there are a number of ways to mess up a Brazilian wax, but that list should not include just straight up missing large patches of hair. You can see if you got it or not. A few stray hairs are bound to be left when you book a full pubic deforestation, but a good 25-30% of the hair was still there when she began cleaning up. Unlike with most places, I was not offered a mirror to examine her work, so I was not able to notice how bad of a job she did until I got home.
Overall, very disappointed. I will not be coming back.

KIM, at Spa Noir is by far the most outstanding therapist that I have ever experienced. Sign up for the longest deep tissue massage offered....she can handle it!
If I lived closer, I would see her once a week!!!

Really nice sixty minute massage. Enough communication to make it just what I wanted while letting me completely relax. Recommend.

I love this place! They're open later than most places downtown. I've come in for several massages and always feel so relaxed and pain-free on my way out the door. The staff is friendly, prices are reasonable, great location
