I would give them zero stars if I could.
I was solicited by the spa over the phone in December, they offered me a special... 5 microdermabrasions for $200. I gave them my billing info and they charged me... months went by and I was unable to use the services. I had to move out of state and I called for a refund.
I was told it would be processed through their administrator. She never processed it. I called and emailed the last two months and no one ever got back to me.
Finally the manager Erin Penor called me and told me I would not be getting a refund, she didn't care if I moved, it was my fault I didn't use the services and that it states NO REFUNDS on the wall in their lobby.
I WAS SOLICITED OVER THE PHONE. Not in their clinic, no one ever told me no refunds! They straight up STOLE from me.

I am a business owner and 65. I hadn't looked my age until the past 7 months..it hit with a vengeance. I was thinking "face lift"! I went in for injectables and micro-needling. I surprised myself in consenting to having my cheeks injected. WOW! I do not have the droopiness that greeted me each time I looked into the mirror. Even my crepey neck has improved by 50% after just the first micro-needling. The staff was respectful, knowledgeable, professional and engaging. I am happy to recommend their services. I am making this review 30 days after my visit so I can certainly see the differences the treatments and products are making. Thank you Trina and Staff!
