The steak was amazing. Chicken was very good too. I went twice while staying in Seattle for only a few days. Will definitely pay SazeRac a visit every time I find myself in Seattle.
Update: I wasn't even able to go again before it closed :(

This place has an excerpt selection of unique food and cocktails. It was a Friday evening around 6pm and there was a 15min wait before my wife and I could find a seat in the lounge but it was worth it.

We absolutely loved this place! Great food, excellent service, good beer and wine selection. Maybe the Cajun and Creole moniker is off the mark but the dishes are definitely a nice alternative to all the similarities you find in other places!

The front of the house is doing a serious disservice to the kitchen... Pun intended. The food is really spectacular. If only the wait staff provided the same attention to detail. We had the gumbo, a burger and the blackened catfish. The food was all great. Finished with a pavlova. The meringue was also very well done. Again, the service was utterly lacking and took too much from the experience to recommend your time or money.
