Stellar common and comfort cocktails; not your entry level cost though the mixology is! Which is cool, rad, and dude and bro in its place. I’d come to this bar all the time.

When you wait upwards of 15 minutes at the NOT busy back bar, cash out and in the bartender's face, and he doesn't take your order, things are pretty bad. That's how my Friday night took us away from Shorty's as fast as we could get!
Last Friday night, my 4 friends and I went to Shorty's and headed to the back bar, since the front one was really busy with only 2 bartenders. All four of us actually got SEATS at the back bar within 5-7 minutes, so that's an indication of how un-crazy things were. 17 minutes later, my friend is still standing there holding cash out, trying to catch the bartender's eye to order. I am seriously not exaggerating, and it was longer than that because I started timing him after we had all gotten seats.
The bartender served a couple of customers right when they walked up - after we had all sat down - but didn't even make eye contact or let us know he was getting to us. Then his girlfriend shows up and he went over to cuddle with her - still no drinks for my friends and I.
So we walked out. Worst service ever.
Normally this is a pretty good dive bar for a Friday night in Belltown, but that bartender should be fired.

Absolutely incredibly unique fun carnival atmosphere! With a ton of pin ball machines and great clown artwork, hot dogs served to boot! Fun place will return!

Would n have given it 5 stars but the service from a couple of their bartenders gave slow and rude service. Almost ignoring me even after acknowledging that I indeed needed service. Even made a comment that I had interupted them and their duties which I believe is to be of service. Maybe they need to find a different job where they don't have to be of service to anyone.
