Food- basically terrible... Drinks- okay.... Service- marginal.... Most of the staff just sit in booth and chat... So unprofessional....would never go back....and if you're going to have a projector TV, make sure it's at least from the 1990's....

I really debated whether or not I wanted to post this but I felt like it needed to be brought to attention because of the way they treated me & my friends last night at Box House . They were so disrespectful !!! Ive known the staff , DJs & security and friends that go out to this location to be specific for years .. and I have never been treated like this before . I was out with some of my friends last night and the new manager/management pulled us aside and told us that somebody had complained about not liking one of my friends and that they didn't want her there so I said “ so are you kicking us out ? “ he said No .... you are more than welcome to stay but I'm just letting you know . “ We said we weren’t there to cause any problems & just here to have fun and we are leaving in 30 minutes anyway somewhere else . He then said OK .. we went back inside minded our own business "I" orderd some drinks for my friends very politely .. and the bartender ignored me 🙄 she then instead asked the other bartender to serve my drinks and she did . The first bartender refused to give me service because she went & told Security and said that my friend was being disrespectful mind you she hadn't even order anything
“ I DID “ ... & then the guy came up to my friend and grabbed her by the arm and told her that she had to go ! We then went outside we talked to the security and they realized it was a misunderstanding we made it clear and one of the DJs said no they are fine they can come back inside . So we came inside minding our own business again & we are having a conversation with some of our friends and the security came again and said no you are not allowed here you need to go . My friend asks why ? what did I do I don't understand what's going on ?? and he said "I don't know but you're not allowed here". He was so rude grabbed her by her arm and Forced her outside !! At that point I lost it because you're not going to kick somebody out especially when they've done nothing wrong because just because somebody else here doesn't like her !! So then by This point security grabbed all of us and told us you are not allowed to go in here anymore !! We were like what the hell ??!! the other security that knew us told them not to force us out that we could walk out on her own . They were confused too 🙄🙄 Business and personal shouldn't come in the place Of work . I know this place is ran by new management but NO ONE should be treated that way when your out just trying to have fun with friends !Everyone outside kept asking us "wait why are you guys leaving " and I told them I have no idea why ??! Even a few of my friends went back inside to talk to security/management because they were so mad at what happened.... Long story short I will not be going To BOX HOUSE anymore after what happened last night .I also don't want to say any names because I know a lot of the people that go there have nothing to do with what happened .If you keep running your business like this you will lose a lot of your customers especially people that have influences like myself ✋🏼🤷🏼♀️ have a Blessed day

I called for a table reservation on friday and they wrote my name on the list but when I got there on saturday night they told me a different story : "Oh sorry u have to buy a bottle or at least spend $300.." they messed up with my event that I had been planning for days ...
Is not my fault they gave me the wrong info... u guys need to be more clear on your prices!!

Tables dirty. Food selection limited to "appetizers ". Slow service. Our waitress was not friendly. Would not recommend to eat. For drinking it would be ok.

Cool little joint within walking distance of the stadiums. Great live music post-Sounders playoff game with dancing room. Bartender was a cool cat and enjoyed our candy selection we offered up. TVs for sports, overall a good ambience to drink and still watch some sports action. Would definitely go back. Unsure on food or overall pricing of things....waaaay too inebriated to recall.
