The counselors play favoritism and have it out for individuals and find any way they can to sabotage your program by trying to claim no-show attendance when you are clearly standing in front of them. They are unwilling to work with you to accommodate your work or school schedule. They want to see you fail so that you have to start over and pay them all over again. The counselors are probably awarded the $20 no show fees as incentives. For people who are clearly trying to get something out of this program and better their lives and move on from the terrible experience a DUI causes, they don't have a chance. The Santa Barbara Police and Probation department should take a serious look at Zona Seca's business practices before they are sued for corruption and illegal business practices. Eventually something bad will come out in the news about this company and the whole program will fail and their will be a class action lawsuit. I'm just saying.
