I've been going to this park for a few months now and generally people (and their dogs) are friendly here and easy to talk to. Note that this place only has fake grass and it is a little small and gets crowded sometimes.
Small and big dogs are separately. There are bench seats (some are under shades).
Parking is absolutely horrible though because of the nearby construction.. Still a 5 star to show my support for (any) dog park :)

This is a nice tidy little neighborhood dog park. My dog is a German Shepherd, so we have only seen the big dog side. The park is new and clean. There are benches for the people and water for the dogs, but little shade. It's a nice place to take your dog to meet with other dogs and do a little fetch but it's too small for a good full speed runaround. Los Gatos Creek Trail runs right past the park so there are some hiking options close by. There is little parking right now, hopefully that will improve once construction is finished.
I think once construction is finished and the trees have had a few years to mature this will be a good place to take your dog for some dog social time. This park is good if you live near by, but if you are going to drive a while to get here, there are probably bigger dog parks within the same range.

Clean and well kept park. Great dog park with separate gated areas for small and large dogs. Grass is artificial and clean but do bring your own poop bags as there is no guarantee that the provided bags will be refilled. All the dogs have been friendly and owners are always keeping an eye out to make sure it's a fun playful area for dogs to enjoy.

Del Monte Dog Park is a really nice, well maintained dog park. It offers two separate fenced areas for smaller and larger dogs. The ground is made of artificial grass, there are water fountains for our best friends as well as one for two-legged visitors outside of the play area.
The only down side is the limited shadow when it's really hot and sunny.
