Could not be happier with my experience and the over the top customer service from Nancy V in the San Fransisco Office! She kept us informed through out the process and provided excellent support from start to finish. Would strongly recommend based on our experience using this service/company!

I think the 2 reviews with less than 5 stars are bogus, so pay them no mind.
That said, let me tell you about my experience with Travel Visa Pro, I'm sure you will experience something similar.
I landed a new job which requires me to travel to China on occasion. I did some research online on what is needed but, some of it was a bit conflicting and ultimately, I took the documentation my employer had provided and headed off to the Chinese embassy.
I got to the embassy and there was a line from SF to Colorado and thought, "This is going to be a really long day". I get in line and realize that I didn't have photos (requirement) for my visa. I take out my phone and begin to look up places where I can get some taken and Travel Visa Pro showed up on my search. I walk over (about 15 mins from the embassy) and walk up to the office. I'm greeted by the friendly and helpful staff, and I ask about the prices of the photos I need + how long it would take to get them. They tell me the price of the photos and then say, "We can also take care of the whole process for $99 + the cost of the photos".
At that point, my jaw hits the floor. I mean, $99 to avoid about 3 hours of being in line and to have the whole thing processed that won't screw it up like I would have? Yes, please take my money!
I highly recommend that you get a professional to guide you through the process. It is not uncommon to get denied a visa because you are missing a document or your paperwork was not done correctly, having this will only bring you misery and frustration.

These guys are great and make the whole process so easy. Yes you can do all yourself, and, who has time.... Safe and happy travels!

You do not need to go through their agency to get a passaport in 24 hours. You can do a walk in at the US passaport agency in San Francisco and show them you are flying out of the country in 24 hours and they'll give you your passaport the same day at 3:30pm. The US passaport agency is located on 450 golden gate, San Francisco. Do not pay for this service like I did.

So quick and easy. I dropped 2 passports off for 2 China visas one sat and picked it up the next. very friendly and helpful. they actually respond really quickly to the on-line chat. And they are reasonably priced compared to the other services.
