I have gotten plenty of massages from Esalen to Hellerwork practioners to the Spa at Casa Madrona. Amanda is very knowledgeable about body mechanics and everything in between. She made excellent recommendations regarding more ergonomic chair, computer stand, and even a pillow. All of these items helped my back and neck. She is a true professional as well as being warm and friendly. I heartily recommend her!

All I have to say is wow! Amanda did a great job listening to my body and gave me other great tips for my health. After the session she took the time to walk through my pain ponits and even give me some stretches with modifications I will be able to do at home. I'm super appreciative of her advice and look forward to implementing it in my daily routine. I 100% recommend her!

Wonderful massage. I never post reviews, but honestly, this was the first time in SF where I felt relaxed and rejuvenated while leaving a massage studio. Amanda caters her massage work to your exact needs and takes time to understand your body and mind, before providing an excellent massage. Definitely will be coming back ! :)
