Popped in while on vacation! The store was clean,very well organized and the staff was beyond helpful. They were both informative and honest, not pushy at all. Would def go back if there was a Credo in Houston;)

The girls here are always kind and welcoming, not to mention SUPER knowledgeable about all the amazing products. They carry almost all of my favorite natural brands, and even have a little spa for facials in the back. Makes me wonder why anyone would step foot into a Sephora ever again!

This review is for Hannah who SUCKED at helping me while I was shopping at Credo yesterday.
My first visit was great and ended up spending $700 because Katina knew what she was doing. She was very knowledgeable, very sweet & very helpful.
Second time, not so great. The store was busy which i understand but anytime i was trying to get someone's (Hannah) attention for basically asking her what were her best selling items for masks, I kept getting shut down in a rude way.
The "I don't have time attitude". and "why are you asking me that question?"
I did end up buying some products - close to $400.. ON MY OWN .. but I left the store very unhappy and in a hurry.
Oh by the way..I was so excited about this store and took my friend w/me for her first time. She spent a lot less and got some delicious samples from the other sales person. Me: spent 5 times more than her and got a rude goodbye.
