Wine was awesome and pasta was very good! A bit overpriced though and a more uptight atmosphere.

It's ok but I would not say stellar. Service was good. They had a crew of about 5 men dressed in black serving tonight. Plus the hostess. Everyone was friendly and attentive.
We were seated right away but it's a tight fit in the small restaurant. Be prepared that people walking by will bump you or the table.
Tried three dishes. The octopus stew was good. Little octopi were amazingly tender but stew almost seemed canned. We shared the dish but hard to do because it's so soupy.
Also had the sea urchin pasta. It was also like a soup/stew with little round pasta in a sea urchin bisque. Flavor was overpowering for me but some will really love this. Also had the pasta with roe. That was pretty good.
Waiter made excellent wine recommendations. Did not try desert.

Intimate, friendly, upscale neighborhood elegance in my own hood. Why has it taken me so long to dine here? Everything from the house olives to the panna cotta...top notch.

Delightfully Refreshing - Went to Asador for a birthday party dinner. Chef Brad Phillips and staff were outstanding. Chef explained each course and its origins in fine detail. Each course had us eager to try the next. The beer choices with each course were right on point. Nice atmosphere and comfortable setting also made the night perfect.

A fabulous, classic and classy Italian restaurant that serves delicious entrees and has a ravishing wine list. A perfect place for a date that likes to be impressed. The delicate flavors and chic clientele make it worth the hefty price tag. Enjoy!
